Leadership in Action = Dustin Carter

Dustin Carter of Hillsboro, OH demonstrates tremendous leadership, perseverance, and courage. His story touches the heart and encourages the mind. Dustin had a rare blood disease when he was a child, became limbless, but is anything but "less". I invite you absorb the essence "hero" represented in this inspiring story.
I am aware in life we often hear of folks who are more hungry, less fortunate, and have other situations that stimulate us to think of how blessed we truly may be. This story is one of that nature, but I motivate you to not perceive this story as one of sadness, certainly empathize, but not "feel sorry" for this person. He is not feeling sorry for himself, and doesn't want you to either! I urge you to take the position to perceive this example as a way to adjust your mindset and approach life with courage such as Dustin does. He takes his challenge and makes the decision to not settle with lifes limitations. There are people out there who accept reality and take action with courage such as this gentleman, and regardless of your situation, you can be an example of such honor, courage, integrity, and leadership as this person!

Keep inspiring and being inspired!
